We advise all delegates to make accommodation reservations in the official congress hotels listed on this website.

How To Book Accommodation: To book, complete the on-line registration form. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation. This information will be sent on to the hotel approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to your arrival (see Terms & Conditions). All rates are priced per room/per night, inclusive of breakfast, service charge and VAT (unless otherwise stated).

Hotel Descriptions: Single (SGL): A single occupancy room with one bed; Double (DBL): A double occupancy room with one bed; Twin (TWN): A double occupancy room with two beds.

Groups: Any groups (10 + rooms) wishing to book accommodation together should contact the conference secretariat for more details by e-mail wsava2008@ovation.ie
