Cancellation Terms & Conditions

1. The Conference Organisers (Ovation/MCI) must receive notification of all cancellations in writing.
2. Cancellations received on or before 1st February 2008 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations received between 1st February and the 31st May inclusive will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
4. No refunds after the 31st May 2008.
5. Transfer of registration fee to another delegate is accepted. Please inform the Conference Organisers of changes as soon as possible.
6. The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this congress; including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have their own travel insurance in place.
7. By registering for WSAVA 2008, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes and to be included in the list of participants. All details are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

   Please note: The currency exchange rate to be applied in the case of payments and refunds will be based on the available exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The Conference Organisers are not responsible for any changes in exchange rates which may cause any differences or any other additional fees levied by your bank or card processor.
